A smoothie featuring the pulp from beet juice. Loaded with nutrients and most importantly, fiber! If you enjoy making juice but are worried about losing the fiber and other nutrients in the pulp you can actually freeze the pulp and use it for smoothies later. This recipe is a delicious example!
Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries (frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1 cube beet juice pulp (Recipe here)
1 banana
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup oats
1 1/2 cup whole milk
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a few frozen berries.
