Whats up everyone! Happy Monday! I hope your day and week is off to a great start. In today's blogpost, I am sharing three oatmeal recipe ideas for those days when you are not able to dedicate a lot of time to make breakfast in the morning. Let's jump in!

- Enjoy :)

Sprinkle of black pepper (to help with absorption of the turmeric)
Prep:
- In a mason jar combine oats, milk, turmeric, ginger and nutmeg.
- Mix thoroughly and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with toasted nuts and dried fruit of your choice. For this one I added toasted Brazil nuts and dried cranberries.
I encourage you to try out these recipes and share your experience with us on instagram. They were so delicious and comforting. If you want the oatmeal to be warm, just combine all th ingredients in a pot as you would in a mason jar. Stir occasionally for up to 10 minutes. Pour your oats in a jar and add your toppings.
Enjoy!
